About This Role

ASJ Realty has been a trusted name in Caroline County and Central Virginia real estate since 1984. We're looking for a motivated, licensed Virginia REALTOR® to join our team and grow with us. You'll have the full backing of an established brand, a seasoned broker, and a collaborative office environment.

What You'll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, and land transactions throughout Central Virginia.
• Prospect and develop your own client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and market analyses.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the entire transaction process.
• Collaborate with the ASJ Realty team on marketing, open houses, and community events.

Requirements

• Active Virginia real estate license (or must obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Knowledge of Caroline County and surrounding Central Virginia markets preferred
